At PRINTABLE WITH Lisa, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our warehouse.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
